Paragon is closing in April

“We simply cannot afford the financial reality of this industry in 2025.”

Beloved Bushwick venue Paragon will be shutting its doors this year.

Announced via a social media post, the club is not financially sustainable due to the “reality of the industry.” According to the statement, the business is available for sale or open to investment. Paragon will continue to host events until its closure in April. Ikonika, UNIIQU3, Manuka Honey, DJ LAG, and more are slated to perform.

Paragon opened in April 2022 after a fire at Bossa Nova Civic Club resulted in its indefinite hiatus. During its three years in service, the larger, two-story space has become a hub for underground electronic music, bringing in rare talent and giving a platform to growing local parties.
